In the role of a teacher with us, you will, among other things…

• Plan, conduct, and evaluate teaching based on current curriculum documents.
• Adapt teaching to students' prerequisites and needs.
• Integrate student influence into the implementation of teaching.
• Work with aesthetic learning processes related to the craft subject.
• Collaborate with teachers in other subjects, particularly craft and art.
• Participate in the work team for grades 4–6 and contribute to joint planning.
• Ensure a safe and secure learning environment in the craft room and at the school.

Mentoring may be included in the position.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who combines the right competence with a solution-oriented approach and always starts from the student's best interest. You build good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues, and plan your work in a structured and efficient manner. You contribute to an open and non-hierarchical work climate and work towards teaching that gives every student the best possible conditions to succeed.

You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as this is required in daily work. Great importance is attached to personal suitability.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is in the final term of studies to become a teacher with qualification in wood and metal craft, or is a licensed teacher with qualification in wood and metal craft.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Relevant experience within the school sector.
• Qualification in textile craft.

We offer a permanent part-time position (80%) with start date according to agreement.
